Privacy controls for career data

Data you choose to provide
Candidate profiles, resumes, job preferences, application records, and workspace membership are processed to provide the features you request. Do not upload information that is not needed for your search or that you lack authority to use.
Service and security data
The service may process account, session, device, request, billing, and audit information needed to authenticate users, operate features, prevent abuse, resolve incidents, and meet legal obligations. Sensitive values should not be placed in logs.
AI-assisted processing
When you request an AI-assisted analysis or update, relevant content is sent through the configured service boundary. Proposed output requires review and can be wrong. Provider, retention, and feature disclosures are presented in the product where applicable.
Your controls
The authenticated workspace provides privacy-request, export, session, extension-device, and account-security controls. Availability and response requirements depend on location and applicable law. Identity may need to be verified before fulfilling a request.

Information is retained only as needed for service, security, legal, and user-request purposes under the applicable notice. We do not claim that this public page establishes every jurisdiction-specific retention period or legal basis.
