How importing a job works
You paste one public HTTPS job page. AI Apply Pilot checks the site against its approved source list, verifies the hostname and network address before connecting, follows at most three redirects, and reads the structured job details the page publishes. Nothing is crawled, no account credentials are used, and no application is submitted.
What happens to the link you paste
Referral, session, and campaign parameters are removed before the link is requested or stored. Only the parameters that identify the job itself are kept. Imported job content is retained for a bounded period and is never mixed into another workspace.
If a site is not listed
Most employers publish the same job on their own careers page through one of the applicant tracking systems above. Opening the job there and pasting that link is usually the fastest route, and it gives you the employer’s own description rather than an aggregator summary.

Does AI Apply Pilot apply to jobs for me?
No. AI Apply Pilot helps you prepare an application and keeps every application organized, but you review and submit it yourself. The product does not submit final applications automatically and does not guarantee interviews or employment.
Do I need a browser extension to import a job?
No. Pasting the job link into the workspace is enough. The optional browser extension is a separate convenience for filling forms on a site you are already visiting.
Is importing a job free?
Yes. Importing and tracking jobs is included on the Free Basic plan at no charge. Paid plans add larger monthly allowances for AI job-description analysis and evidence-linked resume updates.
