Career documents and application records are sensitive. AI Apply Pilot is designed to reduce unnecessary access, isolate workspace data, preserve audit evidence, and keep consequential actions visible.
Account and session controls
The application supports session visibility and revocation, multi-factor authentication workflows, short-lived authorization, and explicit workspace permissions. Authentication and authorization are enforced by backend services rather than by this public website.
Data boundaries
Transport encryption, tenant-scoped access, protected configuration, and audit records form part of the system design. No internet service can promise zero risk; security controls are reviewed and tested in proportion to their risk.
Browser extension boundaries
Site access is optional and requested for a specific origin. The extension does not request browsing history, does not solve CAPTCHA or MFA, and stops before final submission. Tokens are designed to be short-lived and revocable.
Reporting a concern
Do not include resumes, passwords, access tokens, or other personal information in an initial report. Contact the operator through the support channel available in your account so the report can be handled and tracked securely.
